FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

How can I buy an access?

The process is simple:

1 / On www.wellwhere.com, you fill in the location where you want to engage in sports or the activity you are interested in;

2 / You choose the facility and the access that you want to purchase: 1, 5, or 10 acess (or courses);

3 / You pay online and receive your access code;

4 / Go to the reception desk of the sports facility with your access and enjoy your workout session!

 

How long can I use my access?

The validity period depends on the access you have selected:

- access for 1 entry (or 1 course): valid for 3 months from the date of purchase;

- access for 5 entries (or 5 courses): valid for 6 months from the date of purchase;

- access for 10 entries (or 10 courses): valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

It is possible that some centers and partners may have different validity period. And the details on the partner's profile is the one that will count. 

 

When will I receive my access?

Each access is validated as soon as the payment has been made and confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your access.

 

Can I search by activity?

Yes, you can search by activity or by location.

 

I can’t find the activity I’m looking for. What should I do?

Our filters show the most requested activities. If you have any suggestions, contact us by email at info@wellwhere.com.

 

I haven’t yet received my access. 

After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder. Your code is also available on your Customer Account. To find it, you just need your email and password to login to your account.

How can I get my access if I have lost the confirmation email?

Your code will be available on your Customer Account after you have made a purchase. If you have a problem, you can always contact us by sending us an email: info@wellwhere.com. 

 

Can I offer an access to someone else?

Yes you can buy an access for a close friend: before payment, insert the full name of the person you wish to give an access to.

 

Can I buy the same access several times for the same sports facility?

Yes.

 

Do I have to fill out a health questionnaire?

Yes, it is mandatory. You will receive a health questionnaire with your confirmation email.  Fill it out and print it out so that you can show it at the reception desk of the sports facility in case you are asked to do so. 

 

What do I need to show at the reception desk?

You can acess your Wellwhere pass directly on your customer account. you can print out the confirmation email or just show the code at the reception. The medical questionnaire that you have completed and printed out may be requested. Some sports facilities may also ask for an ID card to verify that someone is not using your access without your knowledge.

 

How can I make a comment about a sports facility?

After your session, we invite you to share your experience with the community at www.wellwhere.com. All you have to do is log in to your customer area. The sports facilities that welcome comments will be listed.

 

Can I be certain that the reviews are real?

Only users with a Wellwhere access are allowed to make comments.

 

Information about the sports facility was wrong.

It could be that the opening hours or other data might have changed recently. Please excuse us if this happens. If you find any mistakes, please let us know by sending us an email: info@wellwhere.com. 

 

What payment methods are allowed?

You can pay our secure payment provider, Stripe, with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also have the option of transfer by bank and poste. 

 

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. Wellwhere does not collect, store, or process any credit information or credit card data. No credit card information is transmitted by Wellwhere or the Site. Payment is made securely (SSL, PCI/DSS TPPP) via our Payment Provider, Stripe, a leading provider for secure online transactions.
 

 

How can I access my account or my customer area?

Simply log on to www.wellwhere.com and then click on the top right of your screen to log in (‘Identify Me’).

 

Is my personal information protected?

All your personal data will remain strictly confidential. It will never be shared with our partner facilities or other third parties.
 

Do I have to register?

Creating an account is completely free and requires a valid email address. You must have an account to take advantage of the services offered on the website. Create your account and complete your profile so that you can make comments about your favourite sports facilities, enjoy promotional benefits, and access many other features. All your personal data will remain strictly confidential.
 

How can I update my personal information ?

You can change your personal information directly by logging in to your account.
